In 1880 Montana, a widowed pioneer must defend her land from a ruthless railroad company. As she prepares for a violent last stand, buried traumas resurface, forcing her to choose between clinging to the past or embracing the possibility of healing.

A young Muslim girl living in India gets chosen to represent India in the Global Science Olympiad; but in order to do so she must face the fears she has surrounding her faith and safety when revealing her face.
